Jessica Bond

Jessica Bond is an Associate General Counsel specializing in government contracts, construction, commercial contracts, and litigation matters.

Prior to joining Caltech's Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Bond was a partner in the construction and government contracts group in the Los Angeles office of a large international law firm. Ms. Bond's practice focused primarily on government contracts, including regulatory compliance, investigations, bid protests, and claims, as well as public and private construction contracts and related claims. Ms. Bond has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before the Government Accountability Office, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Bond was ranked nationally in Chambers USA for government contracts and recognized as a "Rising Star" in government contracts by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Ms. Bond earned her B.A. in History and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where she served as an executive editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.
