Dave Dayan

Dave Dayan is an Associate General Counsel specializing in business and corporate transactional law. Mr. Dayan advises Caltech's Investment Office, Office of Technology Transfer and Corporate Partnerships, Advancement and Alumni Relations, and Business and Finance Office.

Mr. Dayan began his career in private practice in New York City and has also worked in private law firms in Palo Alto and Los Angeles.

Mr. Dayan received his undergraduate degree with distinction from Cornell University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law where he was on the Editorial Staff of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
