Ann Martin is a Senior Associate General Counsel specializing in labor and employment, faculty and student affairs and Title IX. Ms. Martin previously worked at Caltech as the Director of Employee Relations and served as the General Counsel and Board Secretary for Caltech's Thirty Meter Telescope Corporation. Prior to joining Caltech, she was in private practice at a leading international law firm specializing in litigation and employment law.

Ms. Martin earned her undergraduate degree in History from UCLA. She received her J.D. cum laude from Loyola Law School where she was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. She is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
